1. Definitions
- "Platform": BYTNT website/app and related components.
- "Customer": A user who books services.
- "Business/Salon": A service provider (owner/partner).
- "Staff": A person who performs services for a Business/Salon.
2. Acceptance of terms
By registering an account, signing in, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
3. Accounts & security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account.
- You must not use your account to access other users' data or internal systems without authorization.
- The Platform may temporarily suspend accounts if fraud, abuse, or violations are detected.
4. Bookings, confirmation & changes
- Appointments may require confirmation from the Business/Salon depending on their policy.
- When rescheduling/cancelling, you must follow each salon’s time and fee policy (if any).
- The Platform may record activity logs for quality control and dispute handling.
5. Payments & fees
- Some services may require a deposit or prepayment.
- Displayed prices/currency may follow configuration; the final amount depends on the salon configuration and payment method.
5.1. Subscription plans (partners/salons)
- Trial / Beta / Paid plans grant time-based access. When a plan expires, some features may be limited until renewal.
- Upgrade/Downgrade: You can change plans based on the policy shown in Plan & Billing.
- Payment confirmation: In some cases, a manual confirmation flow may be used (later reconciliation).
- Plan abuse: The Platform may suspend/limit access if fraud, spam, or risky behavior is detected.
6. Privacy & data
- The Platform collects only data necessary for operation: account info, bookings, and activity logs.
- Businesses/Salons may use customer data only for service operations and after-service care; no unauthorized selling/sharing.
- The Platform may apply access limits to protect data (depending on configuration).
7. Responsibility & limitation of liability
- The Platform provides technology tools; service quality is the responsibility of the Business/Salon.
- The Platform is not liable for indirect losses (loss of revenue/opportunity, etc.) arising from usage.
8. Prohibited content/actions
- Abuse of the system, spam, data scraping, or unauthorized automation.
- Impersonation, providing false information, or privacy violations.
9. Termination & updates
The Platform may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
